Since the eighties, the study on reflectiveteachers is getting more and more all over the world. It is illustrated that reflectionplays a enormous push arrives and promoting role for the teacher's professionalismand in the process of the professional development of the teacher. Reflective practiceand reflective teacher are becoming more and more important subjects and are paidmore and more attention to by many experts and scholars by education field.Under the situation of the new course reform, the level of teacher's quality is oneof the key factors that determine whether the basic education course reforms could berealized smoothly at present. Improving the teacher's consciousness of reflection andreflective ability, realizing the transform from " empirical " to " reflective "areUndoubtedly means and methods to promote teacher's professional level and quality.Ascertaining the reflective teacher's characteristic and founding method and way thatimproved a teacher's reflective ability clearly is the key factor.This essay analyzes and probes what the reflective teachers are and how tocultivating reflective teachers from four respects, and the essay is on the basis of fullydrawing lessons from and absorbing forefathers' research results.The first part the essay essentially analyses and summarizes the background tothe era that the reflective teachers'cultivating studies, development course andexisting problem .it is foundation and basis of the writing of this text.The second part, the essay define the concept of reflection from the author's ownunderstanding, on the basis of consulting the research results of domestic andinternational experts and scholars, and more the author expound the characteristic ofthe reflective teachers and probing the meaning of cultivating reflective teachers fully.The third part mainly discusses how to cultivate the teachers'reflection ability.
