The quality of teacher is one of the key factors which directly impacts the successful implementation of elementary education curriculum reform in present China. It is undoubtedly the important means and method of promoting teacher professional level and quality to improve reflective consciouseness and abilities of teachers. As an important quality of teacher, reflection are becoming more and more important subjects and are paid more and more attention to by many experts and scholars by education field since the 1980s. In the integration course of teachers education, the infiltrating or moving forward from the development of reflective teachers to the education pro-occupational teachers is the general trend.In order to improve a teacher' s reflective consciousness and ability, no doubt it must start with the normal school students . The teacher' s reflection awareness and ability is ought to form right away already in normal school life stage, Making clear its concept and characteristicm, Demonstrating the definition and structure of reflective ability , finding out the shortcoming and deficiency of students' reflective ability developing the habit of reflection and guiding them to reflect their own educational concept and individual practice are the key location. So that after the graduation of students in normal shool, they can transform smoothly from "empirical" to "reflective" .The essay is on the basis of fully drawing lessons from and absorbing forefather' s research results and analysis on the development,significance and the current studying at home and abroad of the reflective teacher, the essay define the concept of reflection on the basis of consulting the reseach results of domestic and international experts and scholars, and more the author from the survey to the normal school students in the teacher education college of Nanjing normal university , it has disadvantage in the reflective consciousness and ability among the students.the factors which impact the students' reflective ability are among the following aspects:the environment in which individual grows up, the modes of being educated and the cultural environment of schools where they live.Be aimed at the problems in the process of training normal students a fine reflective ability, this article makes a number of suggestions through theory approach, interpersonal relationship , scene approach , writing approach and action approach.
