Social conflict is common phenomenon in human society; so people focus on conflict study for a long time, and the conflict theory of sociology makes great contribution on it. This thesis use the conflict theory and justice theory to analysis the mechanism of conflict and the relation between social conflict and justice. After literature review and definition of concepts, I suggest that the goals of conflict are interests and the means of conflict are power. The monopoly power is controlled by state, so to better understand the conflict must put it in the macro structure of state and society.I divide the conflicts into ethnic group conflict and class conflict, in the ethnic conflict; the ethnity was constructed by the elites to mobilize members for economic interests and political power, and the massacre and genocide are the extreme forms of ethnic conflict. The class was the outcome of inequality, and the revolution is the most powerful class conflict. In western world, the interests group politics, redistribution, and the social mobility has alleviated the conflict. The fairness conception as an adjust mechanism in social conflict has avoid the collapse of society. To study the "ultimatum game" and "sabotage game", we can see that in the long run, the conflict will do harm for both sides. The religions provide morality and conception of the day of retribution can also help the formation of fairness. But in modern society, the role of fairness can only represented by the principle of justice. In conflict society, the rights are realization of justice, I establish a framework of civil rights; the priorities from high to low are life-health rights, human-politics rights, legal-society rights and economy-culture rights. At last I propose to solve the conflicts problem base on justice principle.
