The justice is one kind of value aim, and its value subjects are universal significance members of society. Also, the subjects of the educational justice are those members of society, who enter the education system to become educatees.The embodiment of the educational justice value is that can guarantee the systematic education implementation promote the educatees' actual development, and reasonably processes the educational relations between educatees and between educatees and the subjects of the systematic education implementation. So, educational justice is a complex concept. It is a ethics principle in the entire systematic education.The educational justice is regarded as the teacher's individual morals category that the teacher reasonably treats students in traditional educational ethics. Contemporary mainstream of educational justice view regard the educational justice as the educational institution's justice. Namely, it is virtue of the educational institution about reasonably assigning the educational benefits and confirming the individual education right and duty.Traditional educational justice view only considers the human ethic relations between teachers and students, but it neglects the multiplicity of systematic educational ethic relations. Contemporary mainstream educational justice view regards education as one kind of social resources and system and it only considers the social justice questions on the surface layer of education, and it neglects the questions about the justice which occurs in the education implementation internal process. So the pedagogy disposition, which it should have, is lost.Under the background of diverse social values, the two kinds of educational justice views are unable to explain and solve the benefit conflict of diverse subject of educational benefit in educational administration, school administration, and the curriculum arrangements. So, during the current social reformation, we must rebulid the conception of educational justice from the overall systematic education and according to the society and the education development condition. The educational justice system should contains the justice of educational institution, the educational administration, and the educational conduct.Development of the modern ethics is accompanied by the opposition struggle between teleology and deontology, which are the two schools of thought of the traditional ethics. The teleology emphasizes on the mutual benefit effectiveness, whereas the deontology emphasizes on the procedure fairness.In modern ethics thought,there is no absolute opposition relations between effectiveness and fairness, and the aim of modern ethics is to establish their unifications. The mutual benefit principle and fairness principle have already become the constitutive principle of the modern justice. According to two preferable relationships, different justice view manifests the different value orientations.From the point of the educational justice, the basic logic of the mutual benefit principle is the means to promote all individual member's mutual benefit development, and the aim to promote the national development.
