Research On Systems In Support Of Rural Development In The Course Of Urban-rural Coordinated Development

In the face of "sannong" problem and enlargement between the urban and the rural , it is urgent to construct an integrated suit of system in support of rural development. The feeble force station of "sannong" needs planning instruments beyond marketing ones to support "sannong", while the planning instruments focus on policies and multi-devotion in support of the rural; the development of small towns and the rural needs the support, radiation and guide from the urban; the improvement of the agriculture's competed force ,the buildup of rural energy , the exertion of the farmer's creativity, and the realization of farmer self-support are the decisive factors on rural development. Under the direction of Scientific Development View-point, this article chooses Changshu as a case, and talks about the construction and consummation of systems in support of the rural.
