Objective: Research the change of the athlete's aerobic capacity in different height of simulate-altitude, when carrying Through pyramiding loads by acute exposure in hypoxia, to offering physiology data for rational training in simulate-altitude. Method: Dividing 23 high-class rowing members in Peking into 3 teams according to the simulate altitude in random , namely simulate-altitude 1500 meters team,2000 meters team , and 2500 meters team. Testing every member's Aerobic Capacity in plain condition and the corresponding simulate-altitude condition, by YAEGER Oxycon Pro heart and lung function apparatus, with CONCEPT II simulate-rowing, in low oxygen exercise training room. Compare the VO2, VCO2, RER, VE, HR, O2/HR and RPE changing curve corresponding to time, the velocity and heart rate when the Anaerobic Threshold (AT) and Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO2max) appeared, Nonmetabolic VCO2, blood lactate after 2 minutes when finishing test in simulate-altitude condition with those in plain condition. Result: Compare in simulate-altitude condition with in plain condition, under this experiment's gather loads, the athletes' VO2max descended, the time when AT, VO2max and exhausting appearing were ahead; The changing curve of VO2, VCO2, HR, O2/HR corresponding to time right moved ; The changing curve of RER , VE and RPE corresponding to time left moved; Nonmetabolic VCO2 ,blood lactate after 2 minutes when finishing test increased. The index change rates had corresponding changes with the rising of the simulate-altitude, before acute exposure in hypoxia and just acute exposure in hypoxia. Conclusion: This experiment established a test method for Aerobic Capacity under the simulate-altitude and a new test model for Aerobic Capacity by CONCEPT II simulate-rowing. Found the changing rules that of the excellence athlete's Aerobic Capacity in different height of simulate-altitude andgot a conclusion that the exercise effect is not fine in simulate-altitude 1500 meters condition. This experiment offered a physiology gist for training program in simulate-altitude .
