| The rules of the children's staggered and continuous growth make the adaptability of children have great significance. It's the important research point on the subject of studying the adaptability of children all over the world to improve it, to discuss the adaptability of children growth, to reduce the maladjustment and to smooth the introducing gradient for the children in order to make a better base for the children's future studying and living. With the background of relative research in and out of the country, this paper aims to discover the true situation of the children's studying adaptability and community adaptability in corporationized schools, analysis the elements which give power on it, and then give some advice on how to improve the work of the kindergarten-school linking up. The discovery in this research are the following:The children's community adaptability is normal but there are some problems in the aspects of obeying the discipline and serving oneself.The children's studying adaptability is not as good, especially in the aspects of the children's concentration of his mind, the posture of writing and initiative studing.It's obvious that there are relationships between the children's school work's result and the adaptability of studying, it shows that the development of the children's adaptability has great inneglectable influence to the children's studying.According to above discovery, this research thinks that it still has room to improve the methods and the contents of the linking up work in corporationized schools and kindgartens, to solve the problem of childrens noumenon adaptability, to lower the difficulty in the children's community adaptability and studying adaptability, to grasp the key of the new course reform, to strengthen the children's trailing, to optimize the classroom teaching, to change the mode of evaluation, and to build a happy and harmonious environment in order to help the children set the first step into school firmly.
