Educational equity is an important issue in the educational research of migrant workers' children.Scholars in the study of children's education problems can be divided into three aspects:educational starting point equity,process equity and outcome equity.At present,the fairness of education for children who have been moved to their children has been solved preliminarily.People pay more attention to educational process equity and outcome justice of their children.It has been found that school adaptability has important influence on educational process equity and educational outcome equity.Good school adaptability is a prerequisite for students' physical and mental health and personality development.Based on the survey data of 5 cities in 2 provinces of Guangdong and Hubei,this study takes school adaptability as the breakthrough point.On the basis of describing the adaptability of the children in the school,the factors that affect the school adaptability of the children are analyzed by the multiple linear regression method.The study found that the school adaptation of migrant workers with their children is good,emotional,interpersonal,behavioral,and academic adaptation is good,and grade and transfer times have a significant negative impact on the school adaptability of the children.A significant positive effect.In view of this,from the implementation of the responsibility of family education,improving the ability of parents to perform their duties,strengthening the influence of the school,giving prominence to the role of teachers,perfecting the government guarantee system and improving the service level,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide a better solution to the adaptability of the children's schools and to promote the fairness of education in the three aspects.Show and reference.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the preface,including the research background,purpose and significance,core concepts and literature review.The second part is the research design,which mainly includes research questions,research methods,sample descriptions and research ideas.The third part is a descriptive analysis of the current status of the children's school adaptability,showing the overall adaptation of the children and their adaptability in the four dimensions of interpersonal,behavioral,emotional and academic dimensions.The fourth part is the study of the influencing factors of the school adaptability of the children.Through multiple linear regression,from the three dimensions of individual characteristics,family characteristics and school characteristics,we explore the influencing factors of the school adaptability of the children.The fifth part is the research conclusion and suggestion,summarizes the foregoing and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
