At present, with the increasingly prominent education problems of disabled children in China, how to integrate disabled children into normal children's study and life as soon as possible and how to integrate into normal children's social relations have become the focus of national and social attention. As a special field in China's education system, disabled children's education not only reflects the perfection of the education system, but also represents the special care and concern of the society for disabled children. For disabled children, receiving education together with normal children and adapting to normal school life as soon as possible can improve their cognitive level, improve their physical and mental health, enhance their learning ability, enhance their learning and adaptive ability in the future growth, and help them move towards a normal life. For special children, they often suffer from congenital defects or diseases or accidents in early childhood, resulting in the physical or psychological defects of these children. Therefore,it is difficult for these children to fully adapt to the formal school life and integrate into the school class system. There is evidence that childhood is the best stage for disabled people to learn and adapt to the society. From the national and social levels,we should pay full attention to the education of special children. Therefore, the education mode of special children studying in regular classes is the solution to this problem. From the perspective of dominance theory, combined with social work, this paper studies the adaptability of disabled children in the process of learning in regular class.Combined with the actual social work case, this paper selects the mentally handicapped student Li Tongren from Z Primary School of Beiling Street in Shenyang as the case owner to carry out intervention and research. On the basis of fully combining the research results of domestic and foreign academic circles, combining the advantage theory, social ecology theory and social support theory, through the case study, this paper conducted a more in-depth tracking research on the learning adaptability of Li,a mild mental disability student in Z Primary School of Beiling Street, through the tracking investigation of the learning attitude and learning technology of the case Then it analyzes the adaptability of the case Master Li in school.Through nearly a semester's follow-up study,it is found that the case Master Li is not adaptive enough in the process of primary school learning and can't learn normally. At present, there are four problems: negative attitude, insufficient learning technology, poor learning environment and physical and mental health obstacles.According to the problems of the case master's learning adaptability, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects of physiology, psychology and society Based on the task center method of social work, this study intervened in the process of Li's learning in regular class through social work, and improved the learning adaptability of disabled children by formulating service plan and carrying out effective intervention and implementation. From the perspective of the case study, this paper holds that the assessment of learning and work satisfaction of disabled children in the three classes can effectively improve the learning and work satisfaction of children with disabilities. In view of the improvement of the learning adaptability of disabled children in regular class, this paper proposes to further improve the learning adaptability of disabled children in regular class by strengthening the social work intervention mode, improving the teaching methods of disabled children in regular class, and constructing the psychological monitoring and prevention system of disabled children.
