The Analysis Of Community Surroundings Factors Influencing Juvenile Delinquency

Juvenile delinquency is the most important problem that all countries in the world are concerning on. During the time that our country is reforming, the problem of juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more serious. With the fasting development of economy and city, the position of the commumty is promoting, so the community is becoming more and more important factor that impacts on the juvenile delinquency. Accordingly, it is the most crucial task that analyzing the influence community impacts on juvenile delinquency and to table a proposal on community prevention.Scholars in our country often concerning on the community culture impacting on the juvenile delinquency. Also they usually research on the proposal about the community prevention. But there are little composition about the influence that community impacts on juvenile delinquency and investigation on it. this article will prove that community culture environment, community companion group, community' safety, community neighbor relationship are the central factors that impact on juvenile delinquency, on base of the datum from 2004 research about Juvenile growing environment in Wuhan, and the theories about the influence that western communities impacting on juvenile delinquency. Subsequently, the article analyzes the influence that problems of community impacts on juvemie delinquency in the period of social transformation. In the end, the article proposes the countermeasures about how to prevent the minors from delinquency. There are four main parts of this article.In the first part, the author starts with the issue, introduces the article value in theory and that in practice, current research results both at home and abroad, the research datum and the research content.In the second part, based on the qualitative data, author analyzes how the commumty environment influences the juvenile delinquency, and draws a conclusionthat community culture environment, community companion group, community' safety and community neighbor relationship are the predominant community factors that impact on juvenile delinquency.On the basis of second part, the third part selects the angle that the problems of community is apt to cause the juvenile delinquency, author analyzes in the period of social transformation, the community disorganization and community separation cause a series of problems of community environment, which cause the community to standardize the vacuum and community to be out of control, thus exert a bad influence to juvenile delinquency.In the fourth part-Conclusion and Countermeasure, firstly, author draw a conclusion about the article, secondly, proposes the countermeasures about how to prevent the minors from delinquency, at the end of this part, author expounds some issues that waiting people to research.
