Research On Teaching Quality Management System Of Technology University

Nowadays every aspect of higher education has been internationalized, teaching with high quality is the vitals of universities' persistent development. Teaching quality management system is a management tool to stimulate the teaching activities to develop in an expectant way.This paper is based on the theory research of the teaching quality management system and the application prospect in and out of the country. Firstly, the paper depends on the total quality management theory, education evaluation theory and IS09000 standard, systematically discusses and analysis the four procedure of teaching quality management system which includes management responsibility, resource management, product realization and measure analysis with the way of procedure management methods, questionnaire and visiting, and finds the main problems at present in teaching quality management system including the limited inspecting scope, unbalanced inspecting and control procedure, abridged index of teaching evaluation, and absent function of teaching quality inspecting and control. Secondly, according to the main problem of teaching quality, the paper discusses the operation object of the teaching quality management system in technology university, and analyses the quality object system including the quality object of university evaluation, the quality object of employer satisfaction, the quality object of society satisfaction, and the teaching quality guarantee system between school and department. Thirdly, the paper researches the plan of teaching quality management system, presents the updated program and plan, constructs the 3D model which includes the dimension of teaching quality improving procedure, the dimension of teaching quality forming procedure and the dimension of teaching quality control procedure. The paper also proposes the upgrading quality model applied in technology university based on PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action four parts), designs the operation control plan and establishes evaluation model ofteaching quality management system at the aspect of the satisfaction of custom, organization and society. Finally, the paper makes the research of quality management files of technology university, and designs the teaching quality handbook of Xi'an University of Technology based on the operation result measurement and the updated plan practice about teaching quality management system.
