Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country.The goal is to cultivate technical and technical talents who support the basic line of the party and have strong practical working ability such as production,construction,management,and service.At present,as the enrollment scale of higher vocational education continues to expand,how to improve the quality of teaching is the primary problem facing higher vocational education.Higher vocational education aims to cultivate high-tech skilled personnel.Practical teaching is an important and indispensable part of higher vocational education teaching.How to improve the quality of practical teaching and establish a perfect system for the quality management of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges.It is very important to improve the ability of higher vocational education and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education.In recent years,the project management maturity model has been widely used in various management fields at home and abroad,but it is less used in the quality management of college teaching.The maturity model can be used objectively to evaluate the management level of the project.Therefore,this paper introduces the maturity model into the practice teaching quality management of higher vocational colleges and constructs the practice teaching quality management maturity model based on the characteristics of practice teaching.And combined with hierarchical analysis,Yaahp software and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of maturity,and applied the results to the actual project analysis.
