Higher education is the central task of teaching, improving teaching quality is promoting college of thereform and development of key, so establish scientific and effective teaching quality evaluation is tostrengthen the higher school teaching management and improving the quality of teaching importantmeasures. Teaching quality is higher school of survival and development foundation of teachers' teachingquality objective, effective evaluation, in order to improve the teaching, timely for teachers promotion,annual examination and PingXian rating etc, thus to provide basic according to mobilize the enthusiasm ofteachers, encourages teachers unceasingly improves the teaching level and technical level. Therefore thisresearch to improve the whole vocational college's quality of teaching, to improve school's corecompetitiveness, and promote the development of the school is of great significance.This subject is completed based on Matlab Simulink neural network curriculum teaching qualityevaluation model design and simulation, this model simulation has higher self-organized, adaptive andself-learning ability, overcome experts in the evaluation of subjective factors, so as to achieve the teachingevaluation of intelligent, makes evaluation results more effective and more objective. This paper, the majorwork reflects in:(1) to determine the teaching quality evaluation model. Introduce the BP neural network theory,algorithm, advantages, and the BP neural network toolbox function. Constructing based on BP neuralnetwork teaching quality evaluation model, and gives the specific evaluation idea, the design method anddesign steps. But at the same time, through comparing with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, showthe BP neural network evaluation model of superiority.(2) is studied in this course teaching quality evaluation system. Analysis course teaching qualityproblem relevant concepts and features, established the steering experts, peer teachers, and the students'evaluation index system, forming course teaching quality evaluation of comprehensive system.(3) by BP neural network evaluation model design, evaluation model is feasible. By evaluation dataacquisition system, process sample data acquisition and finishing. With the automobile modeling course asan example, using 10 sample data network model, analytical error of training requirements. And through 3 without the training sample inspection network model generalization ability, reach formulary coincidedegrees. Meanwhile, through the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model design, and carries on thecomparison, show the BP neural network evaluation model design more intelligent, effectiveness andscientific. The BP neural network evaluation model due to their own characteristics, more suitable forvocational college teaching quality evaluation.(4) through Matlab Simulink constructs the BP neural network model simulation, provides veryconvenient user graphical interface, depriving the cumbersome process. Meanwhile, through parameterSettings, sample application, validation Matlab Simulink neural network evaluation model is correct,feasibility and extension.(5) through post-graduate unit steam from department of a course for example simulation, from simulation design, simulation experiments, sample collection, simulation experiment process and simulation experiment results for analysis, that the final door experiment course evaluation grades.
