The educational issue of youth is a very pressing problem at present. The reason lies in the concerns from people about the education of next generation. In addition, the more direct reason dues to the emergence of issue of teenage education frequently.There are many reasons leading to these problems and they are always hydra-headed and complex. But what we can certain is that the source of problems is around the teenage students. "Elementary and Middle School Students Daily Behavior Standards" goes along with students for twelve years and it will have significant impact on the youth consequently.This article will begin with the analysis of the text from the vision of human beings to find out the identity conflicts of the youth hiding behind the text. Moreover, these conflicts have far-reaching social and cultural backgrounds. In reality, these conflicts are constantly varied and be reflected clearly in the daily school life.Upholding the spirit of Marxism from the vision of human beings, this article contends that if we want to achieve reconciliation of the identity of youth, we must review the view of the youth and try to rediscover it in the hope of realizing the transition of the status from "the boundary person" to "the young person". As citizens, the youth are also individuals in social mechanical construction;as children, they are the dialogue members in the blood bond meanwhile;as students, they areindispensable composition factor in the teacher-student's relation. Only on the foundation of the reconciliation on the identity of youth can the problems emerging in the youth morality be solved to the root, and it appears of a healthy tendency.
