The Theory Research About Competitive Ability Unbalanced Structure's Compensation Of Our National High-Level Aerobics Competitor

Using the methods of literature review, investigations including review of experts and questionnaire, statistic analysis, analogy analysis and video analysis, and combine to competitive ability of our national sports aerobics competitors and high needed that international sports aerobics gymnastics regular to the aerobics competitors. This paper studies on analysis and study for unbalanced structure of our national aerobics competitors' competitive ability and compensate for it were presented unbalance. The result shows that our excellent sports aerobics competitors' whole competitive ability has made a great progress, but competitor's individual competitive ability components still have some infections, has unbalanced phenomenon. In sports competitions, it main lies in the factors following: 1. Our national sports aerobics competitors have serious problems on body energy, they have many difficulties to execute the more difficulty elements. 2. Individual competitor's body ability developed unbalanced, many male competitors' qualities of strength is better than their flexibility and the qualities of harmony and endurance of many competitors is worse than other qualities of their. 3.Our competitors of sports aerobics have some problems on skill ability. These are main reasons for the bad results of our national aerobics competitors. We should give some training methods of compensation for the undeveloped ability, to make our national sports aerobics game further developed. This paper makes a narration for the unbalanced structure of sports aerobics competitors' competitive ability, and makes some compensation for the unbalanced structure. Through these compensations, we expect it can offer the help for the developed of aerobics competitors' competitive ability, and can offer the help for the sports aerobics game to get into the top of the world.
