It is an important task for university to shape the healthypersonality of the college students in education management of college studentsin the new period. University should pay attention to the enhancement of thecollege students' personality education. According to the characteristic of thedevelopment of their body and mind and the personality status in quo, stickingto the education principle of making the person become the central, we shouldguide the students to shape healthy personality actively and positively and tobe qualified persons to adapt the development of the society. This thesis beginswith the explanation of personality and healthy personality. It discusses thecharacteristic of the healthy personality that students should have. Itemphasizes that if we want to train the students to have the healthy personality,we should pay attention to the personality' s all-round and the whole, stabilityand expansibility, unity and sociality. We should train the students to beunitary and creationary, who have good self concept and adapt the society.Through the analysis of college students' personality, it points out that thetendency of principal part of the students' personality is positive. But thepersonality level as a whole has disparity with the society's expectation. Theymainly behave that moral personality isn't noble enough, mental personalityisn't perfect enough, political personality isn't complete enough. That mainlybecause of the rapid change of the society, unilateral emphasis on sciencetechnique education and the deficiency of psychology tutorship in university.The positive and effective personality education in university is theguarantee of shaping the college students' healthy personality. Personalityeducation is the development of diathesis education. It's orientation lies inthe improvement and development of the students' whole diathesis. This thesissays that we should establish aim system of university personality educationfrom three aspects. The symbol of the accomplishment of the task should be therealization of the three aims. Then the thesis mainly explains the fiveprinciples and the six contents of university personality education.Based on the analysis of connotation and characteristic of campus culture,the thesis discusses the campus material culture, system culture, activityculture and spirit culture's functions of circumstance guarantee, policyguidance, important carrier and motivity sustain in shaping the collegestudents' healthy personality. It says the development of the campus cultureis propitious to realize the modernization of the students' personalitydevelopment.This thesis discusses two effective approaches of shaping the collegestudents' healthy personality in building the campus culture from four aspects:the first is to build the campus environment culture, through the developmentof campus construct, campus park, classroom and bedroom culture and campusculture facilities etc.;the second is to set up the campus spirit culture,through the development of school spirit, class spirit, optimizing the campusconsensus and enhancing campus network culture;the third is to set up the campusactivity culture through positive activities, enhancing the students'associations, leading the students to take part in the social practice;thefourth to set up the campus system culture through establishment of evaluationsystem, rewards and punishment system of the college students' healthypersonality to promote the college students' entirely development.In the end ,the article analyses the trend of academy culture's shapingand accelerating for the graduates' healthy personality in the future.
