Along with society's unceasing development, the enclosed life and the production condition are broken through, between the different region, the different domain cooperation exchange is day by day frequent, the communication ability vital role deepens day by day. The spoken language human relations are mutually link up are most basic, the most direct form, the daily exchange, the product sale on commission, the question discussion, the court debate, the commercial negotiations and so on, all must carry on the face-to-face spoken language human relations. In July, 2001 the Ministry of Education formulated "the Full-time Compulsory education Language Curriculum Standard (Experimental Manuscript)" explicitly to bring into line with the spoken language human relations the teaching request. Without a doubt, strengthens the spoken language human relations the teaching, dedicated raises the student patience to listen attentively to, self-confidently responsibly to express, the civilization all carries on the exchange to become the question which in the language teaching must highly take.The author has carried on the investigation to the area several key middle schools, discovered the spoken language human relations ability training listens attentively to the ability in the field research the training actually because all sorts of factors to neglect in particular. Although has 92.8% teachers to think has the necessity to carry on to the student listens attentively to the ability training, but actually only has 21.4% teachers to have the training to the student.
