Abstract/Summary:
Empathy is one of the most important character and inherent mental process of people,and it play a significant role in whole mental life. Empathy is important motivational factorholding active social connection together and the bridge in which people's heart communicate.As motivational base of prosocial behavior, empathy can excitated and promote individual'sdevelopment of prosocial behavior.The theoretic study of empathy began at the end of 19century, the experimental studybegan at 1940s. Therefore, there are many theoretic and experimental studies about empathy.Based on the large domain of study about empathy, this article discuss the influential factorsof empathy and put forward relevant educational strategies.This thesis mainly consists of four parts:The first part : Based on clarifing the basal definition and relevant theories, put forwardthe problem that this study must solve.The second part : On the basis of much translation about empathy, the author exploresystematically the influential factors about empathy. In this study, factors are divided into two.One is external factors involving condition,educational training,conmumunicate and thestyle of parenting, the other is internal factors involving cognition,emotion,self-control andother contents. The result show that empathy is the result of many factors.The third part : On the basis of theoretic study, a case study was done to check therelation between empathy and its influential factors from microcosmic qualitative perspective.With many methods, this study makes meticulous and in-dept analysis about empathy and itsinfluential factors of the case.The fourth part: According to above discuss and point out idiographic and feasibleeducational strategies. Training may be done from various styles such as conversation,rollplay and so on.
