Athletics sports are the important content of a national development level of sports activity, it is the important component of university's sports too. It regards sport contest as the main characteristic in order to create the excellent sport achievement and capture match wining scientific training and competition that carried on for main goal. The university launches the physical and psychological characteristic that the competitive sport accords with university students to develop students' competition consciousness, propagate and promote the sports activity, and train student's lifetime sports consciousness, etc. to have important positive roles. Its task and mission is about the country trains competitive sport talents as the sports duty-bound taking charge of university as a part of higher education meanwhile. Research of this thesis focus on 21- 27 March 2005 in the seventh university student of CUBA Chinese league matches in which Shandong Agricultural University hold, 17 leaders and 31 coaches of the Northeast division, the top eight of 2004- 2005 Bank of Communications cup basketball league matches, 8 leaders, 8 coaches, 24 teams, 18 schools, amount to 64 teachers as research object to carry on interview, questionnaire investigation and through statistical analysis we can find out that in which basketball league matches operation university student have goal fuzzy in the course at present, contradiction, technology representative and referee study and train unfavorable, and school fund input incompletely ,etc..
