The study of motor skill starts from students observing the model of teachers'action. By observing the visual image established in their brains, the students arouse and adjust their actions according to certain visual image during the process of practical exercises. thus produce corresponding action image. The comprehensive image is produced on the basis of the teacher's analysis on the model action and students'frequent practice, and the motor skill is formed in the end. Therefore, the crucial step for the forming of motor skill is high quality visual image. For the time being, the study on visual image only focuses on the analysis of vocabulary and the difference of different sport events, home and abroad. Visual image is still not employed in the field of motor skill.Based on the status quo, this paper starts form the cognitive characters of the forming of visual image in different teaching methods. I design the language teaching method, slow-speed teaching method, section teaching method and ordinary teaching method. Further more, I study the quantity of visual image, and by drawing students'grade curves, I try to reveal the internal cognitive rule by compare the grade curves. The purpose for this is to provide a theory for the reform action of P.E in the future.This research use literature datum, expert interview, the experiment contrast method, mathematics statistics method, logical analysis, By doing research on these different four teaching methods'influence on the forming of visual image, I get the following conclusion:1. There is no striking difference among the students'grades in there four teaching methods, but the study speed is quite different, section teaching methods is better than the other three;2. The forming of visual image can be divided into three stages: the short rudimentary study period; the long correcting period; and the short finishing period.3. There is Implicit Learning in the rudimentary study period for visual image distinguishing study.4. Language teaching method is beneficial to for the action concept, to discover the internal cognitive rules, but the teacher should analysis the cognitive rule by teaching the simple one first.5. Slow-speed teaching method is beneficial for students to use repeat study strategy, to keep a clear & deep memory on action image in the brains.6.
