Research On The Image Of Kindergarten Teachers From The Perspective Of Implicit Cognition

In the background to develop pre-school education,the high rate of loss of kindergarten teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved,and to understand and change this reality,we need to explore the public and kindergarten teachers in their own minds of the image of kindergarten teachers,in-depth.understanding of the survival territory of kindergarten teachers.The paper includes two studies,The first study uses the method of free association of words to explore the implicit cognition of kindergarten teachers,public and parent groups to preschool teachers.The results show that the public and children's parents for the lack of in-depth understanding of kindergarten teachers.The second study explores the differences between kindergarten teachers and the public about the implicit impression and explicit impression of preschool teachers.The results show that the implicit and explicit attitudes of public and preschool teachers are positive in terms of personal characteristics;in the working state,the public's explicit attitude is positive,and the implicit attitude is negative,kindergarten teachers showing a positive attitude implicit,explicit attitude is no clear tendency.This study found that kindergarten teachers for the professional negative attitude is mainly due to negative external evaluation,therefore,to deepen the public understanding of kindergarten teachers and awareness is the main way to solve the difficulties of kindergarten teachers.Based on this,the researchers made the following recommendations:(1)Teachers to more parents to understand their work status.(2)To reduce the media for the negative publicity of kindergarten teachers.(3)Shooting industry drama,documentary and other television works.(4)Teachers use the new media platform to voice their own,so that the public better understand the job.
