The Guidance of Maths Praxis is a compulsory course in Primary Maths Education Major in Teachers' colleges .Its aim is to train a new type of primary maths teachers who can adapt the requirement of Nine-year Compulsory Education and have the ability to perform the maths praxis and apply it synthetically and solve the problem .It is a new and most difficult modular in Maths teaching.On the base of documents study, observation and investigation, the author studied its teaching objects, content modular, teaching process and teaching evaluation by the way of selecting, quantifing, statistic and analyzing, experiencing applying them to teaching practice and reflection and then re-applying, be draws a conclusion that the combination of three modular ,that is "Basic theory + case teaching + practical reflection" is the most effective way to cultivate and guild would-be maths teachers. This study shows if we can do it as following, the student will be the best beneficiary.Hold the proper orientation with the combination knowledge and skill, process and method ,emotion ,attitude and values.Properly arrange the content by the combination of theory, practice and method guidance.Flexibly apply the tactics and modular by integrating and developing three modulars.Adopt multi-evaluation system.By doing so, it would stimulate the students to learn more theorycal knowledge and make them get into the habit of reflection, and at the same time, it can improve their practical ability and creativity and the ability to guide the activity in their class and solve the practical problems in their life and teaching as well. Due to this, we can achieve the goal of the course The Guidance of Maths Praxis and help college students adopt to teaching new curriculum and pave the way for them to become a reflective and scholarly maths teacher.
