Panyu district,Guangzhou city,Guangdong province actively responded to the call of the national education bureau,under the guidance of the new curriculum standards and the requirements of the college entrance examination outline,put forward the new teaching concept of "teaching after studying",and pointed out a way forward for the comprehensive implementation of the teaching model of guided learning case.As different from the previous teaching plans and learning plans,the guide learning plan can not only comb the textbook knowledge for students,but also provide students with scientific and effective learning methods,and can also set exercises specifically to consolidate the basic knowledge of students.In the preparation of the guide case,there are also principles that must be followed,namely,the principle of subjectivity,the principle of inquiry,the principle of hierarchy,the principle of progression,the principle of practicability.After consulting a large number of materials and literature,and referring to other excellent works,this subject adopts questionnaire survey and interview survey.Through questionnaire survey on teachers and students,data of 4 schools with different grades in Panyu are collected.In addition,some teachers and students in these four schools were interviewed and investigated through the interview survey method to understand the application of the biological guidance program in Panyu district.After sorting and analyzing the collected data,it can be found that both teachers and students have benefited from the guided learning plan teaching mode in these years,and achieved good teaching results.The first aspect is students,which not only stimulates students' learning initiative,improves students' ability in many aspects,but also changes students' learning methods.Secondly,teachers improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,deepen the understanding of students' learning,and improve the overall quality of teachers.In addition to the benefits brought by this teaching mode,the author also noticed the deficiencies of this teaching mode.First of all,on the part of students,there are poor self-discipline,differences in the degree of using guidedlearning plans,different ways of organizing knowledge points,mistaken guided learning plans for problem sets and low class participation.In terms of teachers,they have insufficient understanding of learning situation,unreasonable arrangement of class hours and single evaluation method.Last but not least,in the aspect of guided learning plan,it lacks guidance for students,the quality of supplementary extracurricular knowledge is not high,the class type of guided learning plan is not flexible enough,and it also increases the burden on teachers and students.Based on the analysis of the survey results and the deficiencies of the current teaching model of guided learning case,some suggestions are put forward.(1)in terms of students,it is necessary for them to have a correct understanding of the teaching mode of guided learning plan,reasonably use the guided learning plan,and establish a study group.(2)in terms of teachers,teachers need to view the change of roles correctly,compile high-quality learning guidance plans,establish a diversified evaluation system,and know how to make full use of teaching resources.(3)in terms of learning guidance plan,it needs to be more interesting and hierarchical,to transform knowledge into problems,and to appropriately add optional topics.(4)most of the teachers and students approve of the current teaching mode of guided learning plan,and believe that with the joint efforts of experts,scholars and teachers,the teaching mode of guided learning plan will develop better.
