The time spent in elementary schools and middle schools is the key phase of one's development,and also in this phase children will face many problems. because large numbers of farmers are migrating into cities and more and more parents devoice,a big problem comes out,that is a great number of children don't have parents to foster them but live together with grandparents, relatives or some other people. these children are called students robbed of the parants' accompany. there are many problems with these children, such as lots of difficulties in study, bad behaviours ,bad mental conditions, etc. these problems do great harm to the children so that they can't grow up healthily. schools,society and families should think much of these problems and seek actively. solutions to help them, and finally provide them a good education and effective guidance, thus they can grow up healthily.The data was collected from the students of a middle school and an elementary school in TongRangKou's town. we made the following questionnaires as research tools:" "assessing questionnaire of middle school's and elementary school's students' behavior for teachers", "mutual assessing questionnaire of middle school's and elementary school's students' behavior for students"," assessing questionnaire of middle school's and elementary school's students' study conditions", "assessing questionnaire of middle school's and elementary school's students' life conditions"and "assessing questionnaire of teacher' attitude towards students who robbed of the parents' accompany".The results showed that without parents' accompany, these students formed some typical mentalproblemsinpersonaliryandbehaviors, for example , self-will, Apathy , self-contempt , gloomy, despair,sensitive ,lonely, discomposure,pusillanimity, etc. thespoiling love of grandparents somewhat led these children to bad characters, such as stubborn, not respecting the old, obstinacy, rage and losing their temper easily. in schools, they usually could not get along well with techers and other students, and were easy to get envy, and had a strong feeling of resist and did worse in study. students robbed of the parents' accompany are at the age when their body and mind develop rapidly in a turn. if they can't get good guidance, they trend to be tempted and influenced by bad habits of society.So it's suggested that the environment made by schools, society and families has great influence on students who robbed of the parents' accompany. the family education is more important in controlling the students' bad be haviours effectively. thus, it should be highlighted by the whole society.
