Development And Use Of Human Resources For The Teacher Of Information Technology

With rapid development of computer and network, which represents the information technology, various kinds of resources, technology and idea fall over each other to burst out. Human resource in education is concerned in education management, from perspective of human resource it seldom has been studied, especially even less in the information technology teacher. On Internet, inputting keywords "human resources in information technology discipline teaching" is found very difficult to search for related content. For this reason a lot of theoretical materials on education technology, performance technology, educational management, psychology, management etc. have been consulted, and a systematic argumentation was carried out based on the information and special investigation and my several year' s experience. And I put forward in it my own view on development and use of human resources in information technology discipline teaching.This article consists of five parts:The first part made an introduction of origin, significance, content and basic concept in this thesis.The second part emphatically introduces the several elementary theories gist on the research of human resources of information technology teacher. It includes the psychology theory gist, the education technology theory gist, the performance technology theory gist, the management study theory gist and so on.The third part covered the investigation and analysis to human resources of information technology teacher.The fourth part introduced the development of human resourcesof information technology teacher. It expounds mainly the approach and measure of the development.The fifth part mainly explained the use of human resources of the information technology teacher through exert individual benefit and colony benefit.Through this article, I hope the human resources of information technology can display itself superiority and function, the information teacher's enormous potentiality can be excavated so as to make greater contribution to correspond to the reality even more for the educational undertaking of our country. And I also hope to improve the school administrator' s information awareness, synthesize and develop the human resources of information technology high-efficiently, and upper strata leader to take corresponding measures in time to build a open and loose teaching environment and a spacious space for the teachers displaying their talent in the information technology teaching. I hope to cause the great attention of other various circles of society and offer great support to the human resources of information technology.
