In the era of "Internet +" with the rapid development of information and technology,not only the way people work and live has changed greatly,but also the way of education has changed earthshaking,especially the information technology education has higher expectations and requirements.At present,the curriculum of information technology has been popularized to a large extent in primary and middle schools and senior high schools in China,which has basically met the needs of students’ development and the standard requirements of modern education and teaching.But objectively speaking,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the actual teaching process of information technology course,and the teaching effect is not ideal.Based on this,this study from the perspective of high school information technology teachers,based on the high school information technology teachers for middle school students,a professor at the existing problems in the process of information technology course and the analysis of the characteristics of HTML 5technology and for the advantage of learning platform,design can develop a secondary high school information technology teachers of information technology teaching resources effectively,so as to enrich the learning method of the high school information technology course and improve the quality of their learning,and expects to make learners constantly take active learning interest in information technology,Cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems,good information literacy and correct outlook on life and values.To a certain extent,it will promote the innovation and development of information technology curriculum teaching in middle schools.This paper is divided into six parts:(1)Retrieving domestic and foreign literature on mobile learning,understanding mobile learning,the development of mobile learning,the development of HTML5 technology and the development background,research status and theoretical basis of the application of HTML5 technology in teaching through literature research method,and laying a solid foundation for the follow-up research.(2)Put forward the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this study.(3)Using the research method of questionnaire survey,the current situation of information technology learning of some middle school students is investigated and the learning needs of middle school students are understood before the design and development of teaching resources.(4)Based on the analysis results of the questionnaire survey,this paper determines the design principles and implementation methods for the creation of middle school information technology teaching resources based on HTML5.(5)According to the design principles and implementation methods of teaching resources,select a specific subject in the middle school information technology course(such as picture processing,basic operation of spreadsheet,etc.),make a specific case of teaching resources,and analyze and implement its design and development.(6)The teaching resources are put into the middle school students for trial,and then the results of the application of teaching resources are tested by the students’ test scores and operational skills.Through the analysis of the deficiencies of teaching resources,the design and application of modern educational technology-oriented middle school information technology teaching resources to promote.
