President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities on December 7,2016,he pointed out that education is strong the country is strong.The teaching ability of college teachers has become an inevitable trend of informationization of college education,and the teachers of educational technology in colleges and universities have become the leaders in response to the higher education information call,in the training of teachers who teach information technology,occupies an important role.This paper will focus on the the teaching ability of university education technology professional teacher this basic research field.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,interview,key event,questionnaire survey and so on.Firstly,it introduces the background,method,purpose,content and ideas of the research,as well as the related concepts of educational technology specialty,information teaching ability and educational technology specialty teachers' information teaching ability.Secondly,the present situation of information technology teaching ability at home and abroad is summarized.Then it elaborates the relevant theories of teacher information-based teaching ability development,including TPACK framework,information-based teaching theory and teacher professional development theory.And then read the relevant standards of educational technology capacity at home and abroad.Based on the theory of domestic and foreign information technology teaching ability,domestic and foreign educational technology ability related standards,on the basis of theoretical discussion,using the interview method,the key event method,the questionnaire survey method,obtained the university education technology professional teacher information teaching ability structure model.The university education technology professional teacher information teaching abilitystructure mode to establish the main work include: the first round of experts and first-line education technology professional excellent teacher interviews,120 effective interview information for key events analysis,to create a college education technology professional teacher information teaching capacity structure model.The second round of expert interviews,the initial creation of the capacity structure model to revise and improve,and ultimately to build a college education technology professional teacher information teaching capacity structure model.The model of ability structure consists of five first-level constituent elements,thirteen secondary constituent elements and thirty-one specific sub-abilities.The five levels of elements include consciousness and responsibility,the ability of teaching preparation,the ability of teaching implementation,the ability of evaluation and reflection,scientific research and innovation.The model of ability structure comprehensively describe the information teaching ability of teachers majoring the educational technology in colleges and universities,in which consciousness and responsibility are involved in other competencies.Scientific research and innovation are one of the significant differences between teachers majoring in educational technology and other teachers.Additionally,the differences mainly show in the ability of the frontier technical insight,the ability of the innovative application technology,the ability of information teaching and researching.The validity of the capacity structure model is analyzed by the questionnaire survey,and the feasibility of the capacity structure model is analyzed.The application of model is also discussed in this paper,such as teacher training,teacher development,recruitment and selection of educational technology specialty.
