The dialectical materialism believed that thing's development, including human's development, is a process of interacting of the internal and external factors and a process of dialectical unification. Both the external condition factors and the intrinsic basic factors are all indispensable and significant to human's development. In the new round of curriculums reformation, we have made a series of reforms in the teaching system in order that we can realize the basic idea --all for the whole development of student and motivate student's enthusiasm. To fully activate the student's enthusiasm, make the students study positively and carry out the studying activity with strong will, the research on the mechanism of student's psychology especially the intrinsic dynamic system (IDS) cannot be neglected. The IDS can directly restrict and influence the chemistry study, which has close relations to whether the student can study constructively or not, to the characters used by the students in the process of studying and to whether the studying can be carried out smoothly or not.Based on the former research of the IDS, integrating the research of the IDS with the chemistry subject, we investigate the ways to cultivate the IDS of chemistry study. The mainly work I have done are as follows.Firstly, through the introduction of the elementary theory of the IDS, I integrate IDS research of the chemistry study with the new curriculum reformation of chemistry and analyses the importance of the IDS cultivation strategies from the goal of the reformation. The statistical analysis of the questionnaires provides basis for the cultivation strategies of the IDS.Next, I propose the "four kinds of satisfaction" to bringing up the IDS of chemistry study from the angle of knowledge and emotion, i.e., satisfying the student's needs for learning, satisfying the student's needs for success, satisfying the student's needs for attaching, satisfying the student's needs for affiliation. Based on the character of chemistry teaching, in this paper, I have discussed every need of the student respectively, trying to analyze the cultivation method of the IDS of chemistry study.
