Mathematical teaching situation is important to the efficiency of mathematics teaching and learning. The design of teaching situation is an important part in teaching design, which is an optimization and full of the emotion and the intellect. It is the basic guarantee for inspiring students participate in the study on own initiative. The design mathematics teaching situation is an important means between strengthening mathematics study and obtaining experience of students' life. Therefore, it is used widely in our instruction of classroom. It is affected by the teaching content, objectives, mathematics teaching methods and biological, and psychological development of students in junior school.This thesis discusses the design of mathematical teaching situation bases on psychological development of students in junior school, according to the deflection appearing in view of design mathematics teaching situation which is applied in our country actual mathematics teaching, it only embarks from the level of psychology of students in junior school, and researches how carries on the design of mathematics teaching situation according to the level of development of psychology of students in junior school. We first describe secondary student's psychological characteristics in cognition, emotion and persistence. We then define teaching situation and its design followed by a discussion about their impart on mathematics learning. Finally, we use several cases to illustrate how to design meaningful mathematical teaching situation to put the vision of new mathematics course standard into practice.
