Research On The Harmonious Development Of The Competetive Sports And Mass Sports In China

The Third Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party proposed:" Insisting 'Man the first', building up all-around, harmonious, continuable develpment concept." and promote sustainable development of economic society and people. The Fourth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party proposed an idea of being in power: .The fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party ulteriorly emphasized that Scientific Development Idea is important. This conference pointed out that Scientific Development Idea must run through the whole process of constructing a harmonious society. This is a recent development of our party to socialism modernization guiding ideology. Fostering a scientific outlook on development and carrying it out conscientiously and constructing a socialist harmonious society have the important significance to the construction of modernization society. Owing to the factors of our politics, economy, society, culture's influences, and so on. Our country competitive sports and the populace sports development is not balanced. Because our government support vigorously competitive sports, Our competitive sports delegation has obtained the huge success. Our sports has obtained the international position , but Our populace sports development relatively fell behind. Our populace sports level of development doesn't coordinate with our country economy. This kind of condition is not maladjusted to constructing the socialism harmonious society and the concept of scientific development. According to the literature information, logical inference, comparative analysis and induction approach ,the research is based on the theory of Philosophy, sociology, management science . From the background of China's politics, economy, culture , current social and so on, it elaborated the disharmony of development from the macroscopic angle between competitive sports and the populace sports. The study analyze the main reason of the disharmony between competitive sports and the sport of the masses and attempts to find the main measures to solves the problem.The results show:To solve this problem, we must carry on measures for comprehensive handling1.Ideologically, we must deal with the relationship between competitive sport and the Sport of the Masses, and avoid to attend to the roof and lose sight of the floor aspast.2.Reforming the sports system is the key to solves the problem. Competitive sports administration organization and the sport of the masses administration organization work indepent. Reform competitive training system, and bring into play the function of bringing up competitive talent of general schools;Reforms the sport of the masses' sport system, gives back the authority to all levels of the sport of the masses organization.3.Constructing socialism new countryside is a significant historic task of our modernization process. The countryside sports is the important constitute of constructing the countryside advanced culture ,hence we should vigorously develop the countryside sports. The community is the important place for entertainment and society associations of city peoples, hence we should establish and consummate the community sports service system.
