A Study On The Sports View Of A Local Sports Director

To analyze and study the sports concept of local sports directors,from the specific sports practice,to recognize the individual functions and social functions of sports,to explore the value of sports,to explore the development model of sports in today's society,not only to enrich the relevant local sports directors Studying and enriching the experience,laws and theories of local sports bureaus to carry out sports work can also provide a good reference for local sports directors to play their own roles and better manage regional sports.In addition,it can also provide a useful reference for the selection,training and evaluation of local sports directors in China.This article takes the former Guangzhou Sports Bureau Director Liu Jiangnan as the research object.Mainly using the narrative analysis method as an important qualitative research method,the author of the former Guangzhou Municipal Sports Bureau,Professor Liu Jiangnan conducted in-depth interview analysis,through the collation,analysis and coding of interview materials.I got the sports view of Liu Jiangnan:1.“Three levels”to understand sports.Understand the“comprehensive function view”of sports,the“primary and secondary functional views ”of sports with different time and space conditions,and the “accurate positioning concept”of sports in the big pattern of social and economic development.2.“Three representatives ” interpret sports.The development of sports undertakings reflects the development requirements of advanced productive forces,sports work represents the direction of advanced culture,and the development of sports undertakings meets the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.3.“Three aspects”to develop sports.Starting from the“five elements”,we will promote mass sports work,do a good job of“four links”,promote the sustainable development of competitive sports,and start from the“four aspects”to enlarge and strengthen the sports industry.4.The“three elements”measure sports.Comprehensive development of sports,coordinated development of sports,and sustainable development of sports.5.“Three roles”are engaged in sports.The role of scholars studies sports,the role of public servant management sports,and the development of athletes' roles.6.“ Five innovations ” consolidate sports.Grasping the concept of innovation,grasping theoretical innovation,grasping ideological innovation,grasping measures and innovation,and grasping the situation and innovation.
