Sports schools are an important foundation for the cultivation of competitive sports talents in China.Under the background of deepening the integration of sports and pride,the current talent training mode of sports school reform has problems such as prominent contradictions in learning and training,declining quality of talent training,and difficulty in athletes’ way out.In September 2020,the General Administration of Sports of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents",and in December 2021,the General Administration of Sports of the People’s Republic of China issued the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Sports Development,which made clear arrangements in the construction of sports schools:clarifying the different functions of schools,sports schools and social forces in cultivating outstanding talents,pointing out that it is necessary to give full play to the popularization of school skills,the strengthening of sports school professional training,and the personalized training of social forces.Set up a special column "Competitive Sports Reserve Talent Training Project",and incorporate the construction of sports school culture into the national education system,so as to seek the deep integration of nine-year compulsory education and sports school cultural courses.In this context,this study takes the training mode of reserve competitive talents of Bayannur sports schools under the background of the integration of sports and education as the research object,focuses on the development direction of sports school talent training,deeply explores the advantages and disadvantages of the integration reform of sports school and physical education,and adopts research methods such as literature,field investigation,expert interviews,and logical analysis.From the aspects of management system,teachers,student sources,training conditions,funding sources and logistical support,the current situation of the integration of sports and education in Bayannur Sports School was analyzed,and the problems of"contradiction in learning and training",cooperation and co-construction mechanism to be optimized,and lack of teachers were analyzed.Find out the advantages and difficulties of Bayannur Sports School’s post-competitive sports talent training,and based on the background of the era of sports and education integration,put forward targeted and operable conclusions:1.Bayannur City Sports School has insufficient student source and low student quality,and it is difficult to open the selection of athletes;Serious contradictions in school and training;The construction of youth training system and competition system is immature,resulting in insufficient efficiency and cohesion of athlete training;The poor output environment of athletes and the low promotion rate have led to the waste of a large number of reserve talent resources for competitive sports.2.The integration of sports and education in the new era brings new development concepts:from the gold medal theory to the comprehensive development of people,the single value orientation to the multiple value orientation,the cultivated competitive sports reserve talents should be literate and quality sports talents serving the country and society.Bayannur Sports School has innovated the development model of innovation and cooperation in the process of transformation and integration,established the "four-three-two" development model,and achieved great results in cross-project material selection,and opened up a smooth channel for material selection,training and transportation through cooperation and joint construction,which has strong promotion and reference significance.3.Bayannur Sports School has achieved successful experience and results in the process of integrating sports and education,but it still faces insufficient implementation of educational concepts,new teaching models and training models have not been effectively carried out,and winning gold medals is still the main work content of sports schools;Contradictions in learning and training still exist,and the cultural teaching goals of secondary vocational classes are not clear;lack of talent protection and uneven distribution of resources;The degree of "integration of sports and education" is not deep,the function of comprehensive education has not been effectively brought into play,and there is a lack of effective supervision and management mechanisms.4.Based on the current situation and existing problems of the training mode of competitive sports reserve talents of Bayannur Sports School,combined with the background of "integration of sports and education",four development directions are proposed:1.Adhere to the core concept of all-round development and cultural education;2.Strengthen the development of effective classrooms and effective training models;3.Strengthen economic,medical and livelihood security measures;Four;Improve the management system and the teacher scientific research evaluation
