Our society is in the stage of transformation. The college is confronted with the new challenge of society. The traditional pattern will not meet the demand of Quality-oriented Education. So we must strengthen the psychological health education. This paper tries to do some research on the relation of ethic education and psychological health education. In this paper, there are some chapters. The first chapter is a review of the latest research. There are three main viewpoints about this topic: "remedy theory" "accessorial theory" and "complementarities theory". All of them have something in reason, although they have some limitation respectively. In these three viewpoints, complementarities theory indicates not only the consistency between ethic education and psychological health education, but also the differences between each other. So we consider it as the most comprehensive and integrated explanation. However, "complementarities theory" can not account for in which condition the two concepts could be complemented, either in the accessorial relation or in the independent relation. We have do some research more about the communion of the techniques in terms of operation. But we can hardly compare the basic ideas between the two concepts. We can say people do not discuss systemically about it.The author thinks that the relation between the two concepts is very complicated. Because there are two aspects about it: theory and practice, the current and the future development. From the point of view of practice in our country, there are lots of viewpoints either in psychological health education or in ethic education. Each viewpoint corresponds with an educational pattern.
