The Analysis On The Perceptual Characteristics Of The Behavior Of Farmers Taking Jobs In Cities

This article show the perceptual characteristics of the behavior of farmers taking jobs in cities with contrast between the theory of rational choices and the theory of perceptual choices .Therefore firstly this article show the fundamental of the theory of rational choices, and summarized the constant amendments of the premises and presuppositions to economics and sociology, and showed the deficiency of the theory of rational choices in analyzing human behaviors.Secondly this article briefly introduced the characteristics of the behavior based on perceptual choices and showed such behavior are still common in China nowadays. At last, based on the theory of perceptual choices ,this article analyzed the perceptual characteristics of the facts that peasants taking jobs in cities and the impact on such facts made according to these characteristics, the cause of formation of such characteristics is also shown.This article used two typical cases from Changchun City in the analysis of the perceptual characteristics on farmers' working in cities by which we concluded that: FIRSTLY, the job choosing method of farmers who take city jobs are mostly based on their forthgoers' choices, it is a method of imitation, or follow-the-leader method. According to personally experience to the fact that the act is not chosen by the careful analysis of information, the precision measurement of effectiveness, such as forecasts of results fully rational principle.
