The education is the first of all things for the country. It is the basis for the progress of the society and nation. So, it is the duty for everyone of all the teacher .They should do their best to present our nation with the best labour. As one of the educators , they should think about such questions constantly: How to improve the education quality dramatically ?The practice tell us that the education science research is the only and best way.The article trys to find some methods for Long-quan middle school in Baoji city following the example of that school. The school, 70 years old, were the best school in the past years, for instance, the graduate ration was the foremost, the school activities was rich and all the teachers devoted themselves to the school. While, the quality of the education in that school was poor day by day after 1990.What is the answer to the circumstances? The manager says that the answer is due to the teachers who do not work with their best. On the contrary, the teachers think that the answer is due to the leader who do not offer the teacher with good conditions, at the same time, the student in that school don't know how to mast the fundamental ability and knowledge. I find the rich data by the different ways, for example, the talking , the writing and the paper, Then I finish the article in the indication of my teacher for about six months..The first part is the circumstance about the education science research and there are 5 problems: the Teachers have a wrong opinion about the research. The knowledge and ability are poor in the research. Teachers have not enough time and inspiration to do the work. The institution in education science research is weak. As a team, the teachers have not the unity. The second part tells us why there are these problems mentioned above all. It thinks firmly that the main reason is that the objective and subjective condition which have different impaction on the education science research are poor. The third part gives us the answer to that reality which includes of the following : Everyone of the teacher must learn the knowledge and strengthen the ability about the education research from time to time;At the same time, a good institution of theresearch should be done without any doubt.At last, what is the different from the other articles? I think resolutely that the different angle------the education science research ------just is.
