Education is an activity based on a belief. A teacher's educational belief not only contains his enthusiasm, but also includes his duty and mission. With the enforcement of educational reform, teachers' professional development is focused on better; Meanwhile, a teacher's educational belief, as one of the important factors that restrain the conversion of the teacher's ideas, is also attached importance to more and more by both theoretical and practical circles in education. The domestic correlated research is conducting the should study on the basis that the roles of teachers are mostly fixed on the idealized social spokesman and cultural disseminator. As to the educational belief that is an educational phenomenon with apparent qualities of concealment, scene and particularity, if we only adopt top-down theoretical deduction, we can't find the way not only according to the educational practice but also with operability to culture and improve the educational belief. In light of the defects of present researches, we have to be rooted in grasping the present situation of teacher's educational belief and be engaged in the study so that we can provide the factual basis and the theory premise for all the research about teachers .The educational research that reveals reality not only embodies the humane concern about teachers but also calls a wise attention to the educational policymaker.An animated individual is chosen in the specific life-scene, the personal life-world and the operating situation in school in the natural situation is researched on the spot. Through the construction of educational story and life story of the cooperative teacher and facing to the facts, the author describes the convention of the teacher's teaching behavior so that we can further analyze the educational belief concealed behind its back.The result of research shows, the character and function of educational belief of previous study have been embodied, such as the followings: the educational belief is an inner drive which dominates the teacher's behaviors and it determines the direction, principle, tenacity and persistence; there are the factors affecting the educational belief such as what society requires for talented men, the patriarchal expectation, the teacher's standard of evaluation, the self-trait, the teaching experience and theoretical level, the school culture and so on. However, this research also finds some deficiencies of the cooperative teachers. Furthermore she will have the inertia once her educational belief comes into being. The teachers should and may improve the educational belief continuously because the invariable education and its minds are short of life force.
