Qualitative Research On Field Spectators' Uncivilized Behavior

Watching sports has become a universal leisure way,in today's information age background,the field spectators' uncivilized behavior also gradually appeared in the public eye.In order to realize the identification and control of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior,on the basis of literature research,the field spectators in the CBA Taiyuan district is selected as the interview object,the information is collected in CBA Taiyuan area on-site through in-depth interview and participatory observation method,the data collected is analyzed by the rooting theory,and the classification of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior,The characteristics,occurrence process and causes are explored and discussed,the theoretical model of process of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior is constructed,and finally,the concept of governance of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior is discussed.The results show that:(1)Field spectators' uncivilized behavior is that the spectators do against the relevant participants in the match or throughout the event during the course of the match.(2)The field spectators' uncivilized behavior has six characteristics:prone,exclusivity,cluster,direction,irrationality and concealment.The factors of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior include external factors and internal factors.The external factors include social environmental factors,field environmental factors,lack of management mechanism,internal factors include group differences,physiological factors and psychological factors.(3)According to the process analysis of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior,a theoretical model of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior is constructed,which includes the induced events,unreasonable cognition and the concrete manifestation of the field spectators' uncivilized behavior.(4)Field spectators' uncivilized behavior includes uncivilized behavior of health class,uncivilized behavior of interpersonal class,uncivilizedbehavior of order class and uncivilized behavior of online class,among which the uncivilized behavior of health class includes littering and spitting;Striping and waving;uncivilized behavior of order includes fare evasion,non-attendance,throwing debris,laser pointer,spitting at referees,blocking buses;and online uncivilized behavior includes excessive media rendering,online insulting comments,moral kidnapping comments,and uncivilized comments.The idea of governance of uncivilized behavior is put forward to the government,project association,club,fans` Association,and spectators.
