| In under the framework of modern school system,teachers will often reveal beyond formal school regulations required no into the evaluation system and evaluation criterion of active behavior,but also the penetration strategy to carry out the basic education of the school.Because the school management factors in the\"elementary school teacher citizenship behavior\" apparent gap period,lead to teachers on teachers’consciousness of citizenship behavior.Through the literature review found that the present stage for teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior research is more,and citizenship behavior in teachers still lack of research.This study selected yanji,han school of each a 200 teachers as the research object,adopt the method of questionnaire and interview survey,200 questionnaires in this study for primary school teachers of yanji city,recycling effective questionnaire 189,effective rate was 94.5%.In order to better understand the present situation of the elementary school teachers’ citizenship behavior and its management,respectively,5 teachers and two principals for the interview,in-depth understanding of the primary school teachers of citizenship behavior,for the development of this research provide effective guarantee.Research the following content:elementary school teachers’ citizenship behavior overall development status;School for primary school teachers citizenship behavior management factors analysis;School management factors on the influence of primary school teachers citizenship behavior;Through the analysis of the result of the investigation and study and discussion,this study finally formed the following conclusions:This study on the overall situation of samples the intension of statistical analysis,draws the following conclusion:the overall development level of primary school teachers citizenship behavior at a good level,primary school teachers advocate behavior civilization convention is best,elementary school teachers’ environmental protection behavior development level is the worst.School management factors on the overall development level of primary school teachers citizenship behavior has a significant effect.Primary school teachers citizenship behavior each dimension has significant positive correlation with record of formal schooling,job title,there exist certain differences of gender.Based on the above conclusion,Suggestions are as follows:To establish teachers citizenship behavior evaluation mechanism.Organizations to build atmosphere,and at the same time to establish and improve the evaluation mechanism.Improve the teachers’ citizenship behavior incentive mechanism.Pay attention to lead teachers to play a positive initiative.Schools should combine relevant departments work of job analysis and job description,combined with the process type of incentive theory of school planning,mainly to inspire teachers and wisdom,improve the teachers’ job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job involvement,and make the teachers focus on career challenging and role within the role of a sense of achievement.Create a democratic and harmonious organizational cultureSchool should create a good organization atmosphere,make teachers meet the needs of different levels in learning organization construction. |
