At present,the domestic and foreign scholars have rich theoretical basis for the collaborative innovation research in colleges and universities,and also have rich theoretical basis for applying the ecological theory to the innovation field.However,the research on collaborative innovation ecosystem in universities is still in the theoretical exploration stage.The collaborative innovation system plays an important role in promoting the development of collaborative innovation theory.The collaborative innovation system of industry plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness and influence of the industry,improving the competitiveness of universities and cultivating innovative talents.Innovation-driven development strategy to implement an effective way to study the industry's collaborative innovation system of colleges and universities has important practical significance.Based on the purpose of exploratory research,this paper mainly carries on the following several aspects:First of all,through the research on the literature of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities,the main participants of the collaborative innovation system in colleges and universities,including universities,enterprises,scientific research institutions and government.The industry colleges and universities collaborative innovation system and the analogy analysis of natural ecosystems,to explore its competitive,symbiotic,parasitic,the existence of material and energy flow and other ecological characteristics,On this basis,the author analyzes the functions of the cooperative innovation system,the interrelationship among the subjects,the system characteristics and so on from the ecology point of view.The construction of collaborative innovation ecosystem operating diagram.Secondly,this paper uses the theory of grounded theory to carry on the code analysis and multi-case comparative analysis of the operation data of four national industry innovation centers.The three master graduate students to open the case data encoding,coding and selective coding spindle,nine areas that are collaborative innovation environment,center construction,scientific research,personnel training,subject development,operation management,internationalization,collaboration Innovation and operational results outputs;Secondly,the model is used to classify components into six levels,which constitute the organizational structure and the core value chain of collaborative innovation ecosystem.By comparing the number of initial categories and the number of initial categories in the coding process,different cases in the course of operation;Through the comparison and analysis of four cases,the paper summarizes the operating characteristics of the collaborative innovation ecosystem in five aspects: organization of scientific research,personnel system,resource allocation and sharing,personnel training and international exchange.Complementation and revision of collaborative innovation ecosystem diagram of universities.Finally,through the comparative analysis of multiple cases,it is concluded that the collaborative innovation ecosystem in universities has mature and distinctive characteristics in the research organization,personnel system,resource allocation and sharing,international exchange and personnel training.For these three aspects,Operation to provide countermeasures recommendations.
