| General Secretary Xi Jinping has declared that the Chinese nation’s great revival is rooted in the countryside,and education is the key to rural revival.The lack of educational and informational resources has deprived Yunnan of numerous chances for growth,and it is certain that education will be revitalized.The revitalization of education hinges on the guidance of teachers.In rural areas,the deficiencies of schooling are most evident in the educators and ultimately,the outcome.The vocational growth of this group is especially significant in order to facilitate the structural adjustment and optimization of compulsory education in the present and future.Presently,The Times’ national opinion on the need for a more comprehensive reform of teacher team construction,as well as the implementation of the National Training Plan for Primary and Secondary School and Kindergarten Teachers(2021--2025),have been widely discussed.To bolster the thorough growth of educators in rural compulsory schools,reinforce hierarchical and classified instruction,and precisely comprehend the essential stages of teachers’ professional development,further support is necessary.However,as an important supplementary force in the central and western regions,non-normal teachers still participate in the key stage of training in the teaching and training,so the training mode of "chaotic stew" greatly reduces the effect of such target groups.This paper selected the induction 1 year,2 years,3 years of abnormal professional teachers as the research object,focus on the three teachers’ professional goals,professional ability,organization return three aspects study their career growth,using interview,observation method,further three teachers work and life in case study,listen to their growth story.Timely record what the author saw,heard and write observation and interview records.In the realm of teaching management,the parents are not suitable,and the three teachers have disparate issues in their professional development.This study by the management of human resource management in relatively mature Mr Weng Qingxiong career growth four dimensions,namely,human capital,social capital,organizational environment and psychological capital four aspects to explore the non normal professional professional goals,professional ability,organization return,the influence of professional growth,to promote the good aspects of professional growth and the existing problems.The three teachers have strengths in different aspects of professional growth and are all entering In the second year,N2 was appointed as the principal of the school,and N1 was rated as "Excellent Worker" by the county central school in the first year.Although N3 did not receive the position or award,he participated in the quality course selection on behalf of the school.The results of the three new teachers are not satisfactory,including professional emotion and professional identity,the "big family" among teachers,and the key events of the three teachers.However,some problems still hinder or disturb their career growth.The three teachers’ professional growth is hindered by the unsuitable parents in the teaching management process,and the teacher culture itself is a source of difficulty.In this study,we think systematically about the career growth of teachers in non-normal majors,find the growth points of teachers in non-normal majors,and put forward the corresponding paths,strategies and guarantee conditions.The teacher profession is being challenged and impacted by the unique significance and value of the group of non-normal teachers.At the same time,it also urges all subjects to make joint efforts to provide support for their growth and promote the substantive development of new teachers in non-normal majors. |
