As daily rules in school, school regulations are criterions to supervision of students by the teachers and students' activities. Without the routine management through school regulations, a school will doesn't work. what's more, reasonable school regulations play an very important role in cultivating good culture of the campus and students' act norm. Therefore whether from the viewpoint of regulating school's management or promoting the developments of students, the study of school regulations has significant meanings.The present researches on school regulations mainly focus on the discussion of validity of higher school's regulation. The studies on middle school's regulation are deficient. This article chose senior high school's regulation as study object in order to know status quo of senior high school's regulation and find out some server problems. And then put forward some related countermeasures and reflect some dilemmatic states.Based on other researchers' related studies, the author have a rough impression on the mainly situation of enactment, content and implement of senior high school regulations through a series of investigations. And find out there are many unreasonable parts in enactment, content and implement of regulations such as low effectiveness of regulations, inconsequential setting down procedure, heteronomous implement way, etc. Through integrated thinking, the article gives the school managers some countermeasures as follows: accelerate revising the content of the regulations and expurgate some unreasonable items; standardize the setting procedure, mobilize the students and teachers to participate in setting down regulations; intensify propagandizing the content and the good implied meaning of regulations; enhance the effectiveness of class meeting or school meeting and diversify the way to propagandize; implement put a self-discipline management model in practice. What's more, the dilemmatic states such as freedom under restriction, unification and individuality, embodiment of school's characteristic etc are discuss in the end.
