| With the rapid development of modern society, widespread and profound changes have occurred in the field of education . People home and abroad have paid more attention to the status and effect of families in education. Therefore, the cooperation between family and school has become the top focus of the study of educational transformation. The success of the cooperation needs the good communication between family and school, which is based on logical content and effective forms. With the fulfillment of the two conditions, the communication can work well. It can emphasize the consolidation of the understanding of some affairs between family and school, reduce the idealistic differences between family and school, accelerate the establishment of the relationship of family and school, and achieve the aim of the cooperation between family and school as well.However, some dissatisfactory phenomena have existed in the content and forms of the communication between family and school. And the individual study of such communication is little, as well as the study of the content and forms, meanwhile, the empirical study with accurate date is even worse, which all arouse the attention of the author. The present research needs improving and developing.This essay starts from the expatiation of the genetic practice of communication, followed by an investigation on the present situation of the content and forms of family-school communication in Shenzhen.
