How to improve students' biology learning capability is the major direction of the current biological curriculum reformation. The key to the problem is to study students' psychological characteristic in biological study process, instructing students' learning activity through the suitable ways. The Tibetan education is the focal point in the Chinese minority nationalities education, but we lack overall and thorough research for the Tibetan students'psychological characteristic in the study of subject, and there is nearly none for biology. In view of this phenomenon, this research mainly uses questionnaire, supplement with interview and document, to survey the Han students' and the Tibetan students' difference in biological study and the cause of the difference under Trans-Culture background. This article proposes some suggestions, and the author hopes to provide the reference for the Tibetan biological elementary education.First, based on the investigation, this thesis makes comparative research on learning psychologies of senior high school biology between Han and the Tibetan students'in Lhasa which has been selected as typical students. It mainly compares the two groups' learning strategies and learning motivations in the biological study process.Through the comparative analysis, the research concludes that there are some differences between the Han and the Tibetan students in their biological study.
