Physical fitness is the basic standard to measure the health of the body,but also the focus of attention of the majority of people,they hope to explore and research methods to improve people's physical fitness and health [1].China is one of the countries with the largest population in the world,which is made up of 56 distinct ethnic groups.This paper adopts random sampling survey of Southwest University for Nationalities 2012-2015 of Han,Tibetan each 872 people,the data analysis results indicated that the differences between Tibetan and Han students' physical function and physical aspects of the conclusion,then the analysis of the physical gap.The results show that the body shape:(1)height: the Han nationality students are higher than the average height of Tibetan boys;in addition to the 2014 level indicators have obvious differences,there was no obvious difference between the other three grades;2012 and 2014 grade girls index has obvious differences,no significant differences among the other two grades(;2)weight: 2012 compared with the Han boys and Tibetan male average weight,the average weight of the former than the latter,in addition to other results beyond the 2012 grade,2014 grade 2012 instead;the average weight of the Tibetan girls less than Han girls,the grade girls weight were greater than the Han girls,the differences of the 2013 indicators are not significant,the rest of the grade significant.Body function: vital capacity: the Han nationality male and female students compared with the Tibetan male and female students,the former vital capacity is less than the latter,the difference is obvious.Physical quality:(1)50 meters: the Han nationality students test results mean faster than the Tibetan male and female students;2013,grade 2015 boys index had significant difference,the grade is not significant;2013 grade girls index did not differ significantly,other grades were significantly different;(2)the 1000 meter running test results mean: Tibetan boys faster than the Han nationality;the 2012 indicators are significantly different,the remaining three grade have no obvious difference;(3)800 meters: 2012,2013 grade girls score faster than the rest of the Tibetan Han,Tibetan grade were faster than the Han nationality;2012,2014 indicators are different,there is no significant difference between the grade;(4)body antexion: 2014 Tibetan boys score less than the rest of the Han nationality,grade scores were higher than the mean level of Han nationality;in addition to the 2014 indexes have obvious difference,the other grades were significantly different;Han girls score Mean value is greater than 2014,2015 Tibetan;index has significant difference,other grade had no significant differences;(5): Tibetan boys standing long jump performance higher than that in Han nationality;in addition to the 2014 level index,other grades were significantly different;2014 Han girls mean grades in Tibetan,Tibetan are less than other grade;in addition there is a significant difference index of grade 2014;(6)chinup: Tibetan boys mean grades are greater than the Han nationality;there is a significant difference in index of grade 2013;(7): 2013 Han girls sit ups scores greater than average grade were less than the rest of the Tibetan,Tibetan;indexes have no significant difference.
