Content : College stage is of great importance, during which college students' political ideology comes into being, becomes politically mature and gets politically socialized. The right political ideology is crucial guarantee for a country's political construction and college students' sound growth.Relevant research shows that at present the phenomenon that college students show great indifference to politics is very serious and academic circle and researches into politics and ideology have attached much importance to it . With the swift and violent development of the internet in China, constantly-appearing new and universities facing new challenges and opportunities. In the thesis, I observe and study the influence the internet has on college students' political ideology on. the basis of "cultivation theory". Through questionnaire and the analysis of statical figures in order to pursue the internet' s transmission law and provide reference for education reform. The whole questionnaire contains two variables the time of surfing the internet and the condition for surfing the internet jn the light of the internet's characteristic and surveys the variables according to Gerbenr's the first belief(the belief to infer expectation and ten dency from facts).At the first stage, the variable is the evaluation made by the questionnaire object on the political incidents and religious influence. At the second stage, the variable is the attitude towards the political incidents and religious influence From the statistical figures from the withdrawn 379 effective questionnaire, We can see because the cultivation theory based on the to media is also suitable for the internet, however, its media environment is more complicated, the effect of transmission displays intensification arid weakening at different extent.
