In 2003,4 English Curriculum New Criterion, originally published by RenminEducation Press, was drafted by China Ministry of Education It declared that the past teaching syllabus is abolished gradually. English teaching in middle school will make some great reform, and middle school students will no longer learn "mute and dumb English". High school English Curriculum New Criterion helps students establish language foundation on learning English language. It both pays close attention to the demand of society and meet the needs of different students. It also optimizes English learning form of students, makes full use of students' learning latent energy.
