Study On Utilizing Effect And Evaluative System Of The Higher Educational Institutions Financing

From the aspect of the higher educational improvement in our country, the higher educational institution already becomes a member of marketing economy. As a self-governed society organization, the high educational institution must constitute a set of administrant mode to adapt various developments for him in tache of the raising, using and distributing capital. The single source and lower using rate of capital limits the development of higher education. To solute the problem, it is necessary to constitute the evaluating system that adapts the development of higher education and the demand of macro economic. By the compare portrait and landscape orientation, we find out the difference of capital management, in order that the higher educational institution improves the using effect of capital. Based on financing management services teaching and scientific research, we can make more effect of economic and society.This paper consists of eight chapters: The first chapter is instruction. The second chapter is the relative theory of evaluative system about financing and educational investment. The third chapter discusses the experiment and revelation in other countries or areas. The fourth chapter analyses the actual financing effect about the higher educational institution in our country now. The fifth chapter constructs the financing evaluative system about the higher educational institution. The sixth chapter shows the basic condition and caution to applying the new system. The seventh chapter describes to applying the capital evaluative system. We conclude the paper in the last chapter.In the paper, we mainly discuss the instruction of evaluative system and financing evaluative method about the higher educational institution.
