Research On The Relevance Of Speciality Structure Evolution In Higher Educational Institutions And Service Society

The essence of higher education is the professional education, and all the education teaching activities of university must center on speciality, therefore in the different historical periods, the different countries attach importance to the question of speciality structure and the adjustment. Along with the development of modern economic society, the higher education is at the new stage of development, moving from society's edge toward the center, so the relation between the higher education and economic society is getting more and more close. Under this situation, the change of society to higher education's request, but the speciality ,as the university movement's important carrier, must makes the corresponding change inevitably, causes the specialized structure to comply with the social development request to make the adjustment unceasingly.The cultivation of talented persons of higher education institutios is not closed, and the talented persons meet the needs of society, while the changes of society needs influence the talents of the process in the different extent. Talent cultivating is the important function of college service society, while speciality is the important carrier of the cultivation of talented persons, so the universities rely on talent cultivating through major to serve society. Speciality is not alone. Specialities among are closely related, and exist in the mode of structure, also evolve under the academic development, social demand factors and so on.This paper firstly through the vast literature reading, mastering speciality connotation, the connotation and characteristics of specialty structure, laying the foundation for the study of university speciality structure evolution. Secondly through the theories research and cases analysis of university speciality structure formation and evolution, it is concluded that the social demand has been influencing university speciality structure evolution as an important factor. Again for the main bodys of university speciality structure: interest analysis of important stakeholders of university specialities setting and adjustment, thus instructing the university specialized setting and the adjustment.. Finally, based on the view of service society, construct the principles and strategies of optimizing university speciality structure: define the principles of the university specialized setting and adjustment; the reasonable positioning university speciality development direction and definite service oriented area; cultivate the structure thinking and overall situation idea of the university administrators; cultivate and integrate characteristic specialties and core competitiveness specialties, thus optimizing the disposition of educational resources; build the specialized structure operational mechanism which stakeholders govern together, realizing the whole dynamical equilibrium of speciality structure.
