Through a survey about the school achievements evaluation of primary school children, this thesis analyze the present condition of school achievements evaluation in the period of elementary education and point out the main problems in traditional evaluation. This thesis hold the view that the root illness of traditional evaluation lies in its one-sided approval of the requirements and benefits of society—the indirect beneficiary to some extent and relatively neglect the development requirements of primary school children-- the direct beneficiary.This thesis examine the school achievements evaluation of primary school children with the view of value philosophy. The essence of children's school achievements evaluation is a complex course of value judgement and the school achievements evaluation has double value subjects—students and teachers, thus, we should make value judgement on children's school achievements according to double value standards. The key to the school achievements evaluation is the value judgement on children's study activities. Study activities is a course of the realization of children's school achievements value which must meet the requirement of children socialization and the complete development of children's lives, and must fit the rules of physical,cognitive and socialized developents. This thesis put forward five evaluation rules of children's school achievements aiming at the completement of lives on the basis of expounding concretly the conforming with goal and the conforming with regularity of children's study activities.
