Research On The Scientifical And Technological Achievements In National Defense Transformation

National defense scientifical and technological achievements is the core of acountry’s most sophisticated and scientific and technological achievements, if can beused in civil, it will greatly promote the country’s economic and social power.Colleges and universities is an important source of scientifical and technologicalinnovation, it is become more and more important in the field of national defensescience and technology. This paper aiming at the problem of low rate oftransformation of national defense scientifical and technological achievements incolleges and universities of our country, makes a systematic research on it.And thenbuild the evaluation model of national defense science and technology achievementstransformation with statistical method,use a university of Anhui Province as anexample, and finally make suggestions. The thesis is constituted by five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, it is the full text of the summary, describes thebackground and significance, research status and development trend of domestic andforeign research, the main research contents, innovation and research methods.The second chapter makes a theoretical analysis of scientific and technologicalachievements transformation of universities defense, analysis of the connotation ofnational defense science and technology achievements, and compare it with thegeneral science and technology achievements, special research of national defensescientific and technological achievements.On the basis of above study, the third chapter choose the evaluation index based onthe principle,and then build the index system of national defense science andtechnology achievements transformation.Through the introduction and analysis of comprehensive evaluation method, thefourth chapter built the model of national defense science and technologyachievements transformation with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the above research and analysis,the fifth chapter make philosophicalthinking of college national defense science and technology achievementstransformation and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
